Your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 5 of the Law and, where required, your explicit consent.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legal regulations require it.
Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request its correction, deletion or destruction, and to object to processing. You may exercise these rights by writing to info@spectracerd.com; requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
