Graphic-Based Verification, Tracking and Monitoring
A signature invisible to the naked eye is placed on your product. In the field, an authorised person uses a reader to confirm on the spot whether the product is yours. The packaging looks the same and your line keeps running at the same speed.
What it solves
Whether a product is counterfeit is usually judged from its packaging. Packaging, however, can be copied: colour, typeface, hologram and print quality are all reproducible with enough investment. What distinguishes the product therefore cannot be something visible.
Grafex places a signature invisible to the naked eye on the product. It sits inside the design, so the appearance, the colour and the brand language stay unchanged. An authorised person assesses the product on the spot with a reader, and the result rests on a measurement rather than on the observer’s judgement.
Who it serves
For brands that must prove who made the product — on the shelf, at customs or in service.
Method · Marking
Marking method: a signature is applied to the product and read later.
What you gain
It closes the gap between saying a product is yours and being able to show it.
A decision made on the spot
Your teams verify where they stand, without sending the product to a laboratory. You no longer wait weeks on a suspect batch.
Protection that leaves packaging untouched
The signature sits inside the design; the look, the colour and your brand language stay exactly as they are.
Ownership you can prove
In customs, audit and legal proceedings you hold evidence of origin that ends the argument.
Where it earns its place
Everywhere the product changes hands, the same question comes up: is this really yours?
Authorised sales network
Goods moving through dealers and distributors can be separated from goods that never left your shipment.
Borders and customs
A detained batch is shown to be yours on the spot, without waiting on paperwork.
After-sales and warranty
A part arriving at service is identified as genuine or not, so warranty cost does not drift onto products you never made.

Does our packaging design have to change?
No visual element is added; the signature sits inside the existing design. The applicable layer is determined during technical review of your printing method.
Does the field team need a special device?
Verification is performed with a defined reader. The number and distribution of devices are planned according to where checks will be carried out.
Can our existing stock be covered?
Because the signature is applied during production, coverage starts with new output. For existing field stock, a label or analysis-based layer is assessed.
