The problem we solve
Olive oil is one of the most frequently adulterated foods in the world. Products blended with cheaper oils, with altered origin or with quality presented as higher than it is are widespread on the market. The consumer cannot reliably tell with their senses whether the oil in the bottle is truly extra virgin olive oil. The manufacturer, in turn, struggles to document purity across the chain stretching from harvest to shelf. Document-based inspection verifies only the paper, not the product itself. The authenticity of olive oil requires a measurable verification that comes from the product itself.

What Does Olivex Do?
Olivex detects blending, label fraud and origin deception in olive oil at the drop level with AI-based analysis. It measures deviations from the expected profile and verifies the purity claim. It turns the results into an interpretable verification report. This way, the manufacturer bases the authenticity of the product on measurement.
